Daily Maintenace: SCRUBBERS | |
| | 1.) Clean vacuum intake | |
| | 2.) Drain and rinse recovery tank | |
| | 3.) Clean squeegee assembly | |
| | 4.) Rinse or clean solution screen | |
| | 5.) Check battery charge level and charge as needed | |
| | 6.) Wipe down entire machine including lids and seals | |
| | 7.) Check pads and clean, flip or change as needed | |
| | 8.) Remove and clean debris hopper if equipped with cylindrical style brushes | |
| | 9.) Open all lids and clean-out ports to allow seals to dry | |

| | Weekly Maintenance: SCRUBBERS | |
| | 1.) Check and fill battery water level every Monday after charging | |
| | 2.) Check condition of rear squeegee rubber and flip as necessary | |
| | 3.) Empty Solution and Recovery Tanks; clean and rinse when necessary | |
| | 4.) Clean and organize custodial room/closet every Saturday | |
| | 5.) Empty Solution and Recovery Tanks; clean and rinse when necessary | |
| | 6.) Open all lids and clean-out ports to allow seals to dry | |
