- All automatic scrubbers are being designed with handles that adjust to the height of the operator.
- Riders sweepers and scrubber have a low profile view from operators seat to give users a 360° view
- Walkbehind scrubbers have "belly bars" that keep operators from being cornered or pushed against them while in reverse
- Hoppers cannot be opened or lifted while operators are cleaning
- Safety switch requires user to be seated during operation of the machine
